2. Products & handmade nature
Every piece is handcrafted using the traditional lost-wax (Dhokra) technique. Slight variations in color, texture, weight and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
3. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in the local currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping & delivery
