Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the description. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
2. Handmade variations
Because each piece is handcrafted, minor variations in color, texture, patina and weight are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
3. How to request a return
- Email returns@houseofavishka.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
- We will review and share return shipping instructions within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back using a trackable service.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-returnable items
- Custom or made-to-order commissions.
- Sale or clearance items marked "final sale".
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse.
6. Return shipping
For damaged or defective items, we cover return shipping. For other approved returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet shipped.
