Shipping Policy

1. Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Handcrafted or made-to-order items may take 2–4 weeks; the timeline will be indicated on the product page.

2. Domestic shipping (India)

• Standard delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000. Below that, a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

3. International shipping

• Delivery in 7–21 business days depending on destination.
• Shipping charges calculated at checkout by weight and country.
• Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

5. Packaging

Every piece is packed with protective wrapping suited to metalwork and heritage craft to minimize the risk of damage in transit.

6. Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact support@houseofavishka.com within 7 days so we can raise a claim with the carrier.

7. Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
